Today we took the boys up to Riley's Farm in Oak Glen to go apple picking - they have something called u-pick where you can purchase a bag/basket and then go fill it up with fresh apples off the tree.
The boys had fun each taking turns picking apples, it was so fun to watch it!
The weather was in the 50's, it made for the perfect day! By the way, the apples were juicy, crisp, and delicious! We are so excited that we even made a fire in the fireplace tonight - The first one of the season!

Sounds like you had lots of fun. I love to go and do things as a family. right now it is fairly limited: Doctor's visits, trips to walmart, going to Grandma's house. Someday we'll be going to pick apples too. Being a parent is so wonderful.
