Well, literally.... depends on the day. But I am losing it.... the extra weight! I've hit a total of 35 pounds so far since I started the Optifast program through Kaiser at the end of September. It has been hard, but SO worth it! I feel so much better, inside and out. Anyways, I've been keeping it quiet, but I'm so excited! I am so thankful for my mom and Brian who have been such a good support base for me. I'll keep you updated with my journey! :)

Can I add how GREAT you look. I don't know if it's because of losing the weight but you seem happier and have a glow (like you just had a baby).

I noticed that you looked thinner from the above posts. I always gain tons of weight when I am pregnant and have to exercise like mad to get it off and completely change what I eat so I feel your excitement to loose that weight. We are going to be at my mom's house from the 30th to the 3rd. We should meet half way if you are in town.

Yah Melanie yah!!!!! You look fabulous!!!! I really can tell. I understand about wanting to keep it quiet. It's a hard road but such a reward when it comes off!! I will happily join your support group! I am 6 weeks post partum c section dec 24th and will be going full force at the gym after christmas and learning to live a healthy life. So good luck to us both! Heidi has her healthy blog. I started mine back up too! All the support we can get right? :) I am really SO proud of you!!!!
